I ONLY RECOMMEND YOU USE MOST OF MY BASES ON PROGRAMS LIKE PAINT TOOL SAI, PROCREATE, PHOTOSHOP, GIMP, FIREALPACA, MEDIBANG, AND ANY OTHER LAYER-SUPPORTING PROGRAM. however, this base includes transparent pngs for MOBILE APP / MS PAINT USERS. they are included in the download and are labeled 'transparent' or 'png'!
