this base can be used for angel dragons, dutch angel dragons, and regular fluffy or furred dragons. it is also available for purchase on deviantart for 1,000 dA points!
I ONLY RECOMMEND YOU USE MOST OF MY BASES ON PROGRAMS LIKE PAINT TOOL SAI, PROCREATE, PHOTOSHOP, GIMP, FIREALPACA, MEDIBANG, AND ANY OTHER LAYER-SUPPORTING PROGRAM.
mobile app and ms paint users beware, this base might not be for you as most apps do not support layers and you will not have access to all the features this base offers!
